I’m a mum, teacher and author – notice it is ‘mum’ not ‘mom’ – because I’m English. English by blood, birth and upbringing; but European in thinking. France has been my home for the last ten years and I hope to stay in mainland Europe for the rest of my days. The lifestyle, the clothes, the weather, the culture, it all appeals to my soul.

Well, I have certainly passed failure en route. I am not sure I have achieved success – but equally I don’t describe myself as a failure.
Perhaps, like “The Final Chapter” I am still a work in progress. My life is a work in progress – I think we are all works in progress, and on a path which we have to build in order to take the next step.
